Visiting by Public Transport

By Rail

The nearest station is Lea Green, about 1 mile north of Sutton Manor.

 

From there, take the 33a bus (every half hour and on the hour) which drops off on Jubits Lane by the Smithy Manor pub, or the 33 bus (every 10 minutes) which drops off at Forest Road, close to the former Colliery gates.

 

By Bus from St.Helens town centre

Take the 33a bus (every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour) which drops off on Jubits Lane by the Smithy Manor pub, or the 33 bus (every 10 minutes) which drops off at Forest Road, close to the former Colliery gates.

 

The 17a also provides an hourly service (at 27 minutes past the hour) from Hall Street in the town centre
